Refund & Returns Policy

Welcome to Animal Emporium (www.animalemporium.in), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh pet food).
- Opened pet food, treats, or hygiene-related products.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
2. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact us at info@animalemporium.in with your order details and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: You must send the product back in its original condition.
- Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item and process the refund.
Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you paid via credit/debit card or UPI, the refund time may vary based on your bank’s policies. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you need a replacement, please initiate a return and place a new order.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received after 7 business days, please:
- Check your bank statement.
- Contact your bank or payment provider.
