Welcome to Animal Emporium (www.animalemporium.in), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:
✅ The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✅ The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
✅ The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

🔹 Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Perishable goods (e.g., fresh pet food).
❌ Opened pet food, treats, or hygiene-related products.
❌ Personalized or custom-made items.

2. Return Process

1️⃣ Initiate a Return: Contact us at info@animalemporium.in with your order details and reason for return.
2️⃣ Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we will provide return shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Item: You must send the product back in its original condition.
4️⃣ Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item and process the refund.

🚚 Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Refund Process

🔹 Once the returned item is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
🔹 If you paid via credit/debit card or UPI, the refund time may vary based on your bank’s policies.
🔹 Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you need a replacement, please initiate a return and place a new order.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received after 7 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank statement.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.
